1. Services
DavaLeather provides leather and vinyl restoration, repair, cleaning, and related service work for residential, automotive, and commercial requests in supported service areas.
Services may include estimate review, on-site work, and follow-up support depending on service scope and local coverage.
2. Appointment and Scheduling
- Requested time windows are subject to technician route availability and operational conditions.
- Arrival windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, prior jobs, weather, or access factors.
- A request is confirmed only after DavaLeather validates scope and scheduling.
3. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
- Price badges and published tables are reference ranges unless explicitly stated as fixed.
- Final price depends on material type, damage complexity, access conditions, and approved scope.
- Payment is due at the agreed stage of service unless a separate written arrangement is provided.
- Additional work outside the approved scope is quoted separately.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To reschedule or cancel, use the appointment management flow or contact support as early as possible.
- Late cancellations, no-shows, or inaccessible service locations may result in an additional trip or cancellation fee.
- Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking window based on current capacity.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and location information.
- Share relevant photos, notes, and known pre-existing issues where possible.
- Ensure safe access to the item and work area at the scheduled time.
- Have an authorized adult present when on-site service is performed.
6. Warranty
DavaLeather may provide a limited workmanship warranty where applicable. Specific duration and scope are communicated per service type.
- Warranty does not cover new unrelated damage, misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized third-party modifications after service.
- Color and texture restoration results can vary by material age, prior damage depth, and existing finish conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DavaLeather is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to service use.
Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Communications
By submitting contact information, you consent to service-related communications, including calls, emails, or messages for scheduling, confirmations, and support.
You can request to stop non-essential notifications by contacting support.
9. Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at /privacy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of California, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
